The Inspection Process

The SOC inspection process is designed to inform clients, help consolidate important information, document the customers plan in case of emergency, and develop necessary actions to execute a plan to stay safe.

Together, you and your inspector will walk through three primary topics to prepare your family for a hurricane or other natural disaster – Your Family, Your Home, and Planning. Within each section we will offer Recommendations, document important information, perform a visual inspection, and develop a list of Actions that you deem appropriate. Actions will be sorted by the required time of completion now through recovery after an event.

After the inspection you will receive a complete PLAN of all the information gathered. Actions will be sorted by time and by functional area. A references section will also be provided with links and references to valuable guidance and learnings.
